You already pay for leads. This looks at what happened to them. We take a recent period of your own lead records — normally 60 to 90 days — and put together a plain reading of how many arrived, where they came from, how quickly anything went back out, and where the record simply does not say.
There is no charge and no obligation. It is a real piece of work, and it is deliberately bounded so it stays a real piece of work rather than an open-ended project.
What the analysis covers
- Roughly how many leads arrived in the period.
- Which intake sources they came through.
- Response timing, wherever the evidence supports it.
- Calls, forms or messages with no documented response found.
- Qualification and inspection-booking patterns.
- How after-hours inquiries fared compared with business hours.
- Records that are missing, incomplete or contradictory.
- Source concentration — how much of your volume depends on one channel.
- Where a faster, more consistent response would plausibly have changed the outcome.
How every number is labelled
Nothing is presented as more certain than the evidence makes it. Every figure in the report carries one of these labels:
| Verified | Confirmed directly in a system record. |
|---|---|
| Document-supported | Taken from an export, log or report you provided. |
| Customer-reported | Told to us by you, not independently confirmed. |
| Conflicting | Two sources disagree. We show both. |
| Unknown | The evidence does not answer it. |
One rule we do not bend: an absent record is not proof that nothing happened. Where there is no evidence of a callback, the report says no documented response found — never “you never called them back.”
What we need from you
Whatever you already have. You should not have to rebuild anything for this.
- A JobNimbus (or other CRM) export covering the period.
- A phone log from your carrier or phone system.
- Lead-source reports — Angi, Thumbtack, Google, your website form, whatever applies.
- Or, if exports are awkward, a guided interview: we walk through it with you and label what you tell us as customer-reported.
Aggregate or de-identified information is preferred before there is any commitment between us. Send the smallest thing that answers the question. If some of it is messy or missing, that becomes a data-quality finding in the report rather than a reason to stop.
The boundaries, stated up front
- For qualified roofing businesses.
- One standard recent period — normally 60 to 90 days.
- One report, and one conversation to walk through it.
- No outreach to your homeowners. Not as part of the analysis, not by default, not at all without a separate written agreement.
- No unlimited data cleanup and no manual reconstruction of records that were never kept.
The analysis is not a sales presentation with your logo on it. If the finding is that your response is already tight and your problem is lead volume, that is what the report will say — and the right next step may be a visibility conversation rather than RoofLeadHQ.
Where RoofLeadHQ stops
If the analysis leads somewhere, it is worth knowing the boundary now. RoofLeadHQ handles configured lead intake, response, qualification, booking, follow-up, escalation and the evidence of what happened. Estimating, the inspection itself, supplements, financing, contracts, production, invoicing, collections and closing the job stay with your team and your CRM.
