RoofLeadHQ RoofLeadHQ Questions? support@roofleadhq.com

Getting Started

A short orientation for your first week

We run your lead response for you. When a text or web-form lead reaches a connected channel, it is answered, qualified, and — when the homeowner is ready — booked on your calendar. Call routing is configured with you during setup and enabled only after we verify it end to end for your line and your agreed workflow. A real person sets it up with you in week one. You stay in control of every sales decision; we handle the fast first response and the follow-up so nothing slips.

There is no setup fee, no contract, and you can cancel any time.

What happens in week one

Setup is founder-led. On a short call we get you configured and live:

What you’re responsible for

A few things only you can do. We walk you through each on the call:

What we’ll need from you

Have these handy for your setup call — it’s most of what we need to get you live:

Your quick-start checklist

Most of this we do together on the call. A few are yours to do once — none take long:

Got leads from Angi, Thumbtack, or a referral? Just text the homeowner’s number to your RoofLeadHQ line — we text you back a ready-to-send message, and you tap send.

Settings you control

You can adjust these yourself any time from your dashboard and scheduling console, or ask us to set them with you:

Optional add-ons (tell us if you want these on)

These are turned on with your approval, and each needs a detail or two from you so we set it up right for your business and territory:

Finding your way around

Everything lives in one place — the dashboard link we send you. From its top bar:

Not sure where something is? Email support@roofleadhq.com and we’ll point you to it or set it with you.

What to expect day to day

We help you respond faster and get more homeowners booked. We don’t promise a specific number of jobs or appointments — that part depends on your market and your close.
